Alan is in his first season as manager for Junior Reds FC.
He has completed his Level One FA Coaching Qualification in July 2012.
Alan says:-
We have a great squad of players and although the early results haven't gone our way it always takes time for the team to get to know each other.
With dedicated training I'm confident the results will start to change in our favour.
